Damer Court currently comprises of

24 compact "bedsit" rooms,

10 larger self contained en-suite rooms/apartments,

located on both floors,

at competitively priced rates.

All Residential rooms within Damer Court, are south facing, partially furnished with:

fitted kitchen units with a kitchen sink and an electric cooker, alongside floor coverings, net curtains and blinds fitted as standard.

The rooms are not furnished. Most residents choose to use their existing personal furnishings, and furniture.

Damer Court is intended for those who choose to live independently.

From January 2020, we will have 1, and possibly 2, single rooms available for Rent.

Compact "bedsit" rooms

Each compact (bedsit) room is sub-divided by a partition with your own sleeping-living area and your own full size kitchen area.

Gender segregated toilets and showers, are shared communally primarily within your corridor section, usually less than five users.

Larger "en-suite" rooms

These larger en-suite self-contained rooms. incorporate,as standard with the compact rooms, the basic fitted kitchen, and large lounge area.

This room has a single bedroom, separated from the kitchen and lounge by an internal door, with its own toilet, bathroom sink and shower.

These larger rooms are most suitable for residents that would require more space, particularly if they have down-sized from a larger facility and/or would prefer more privacy in their own space.

A limited number of both Compact and En-Suite rooms may become available for rent throughout the year, strictly subject to availability.
