Application Process
The Administrator, on behalf of the Board of the Damer & Fortrick Charity, and the Directors of Damer & Fortrick Residential Services Ltd, will accept Application Queries to reside in Damer Court, from members of the Church of Ireland community.
Damer Court accepts Applications from those who may be on the Rental Accommodation Scheme (RAS), as the Rents are within the RAS limits for the Dublin City Council area.

Additionally, the communal waste management facilities, and the hot water and heating are included within the Rent.
The residents pay for all other utilities they use, such as electricity, cable tv and telecoms in their own name.
Damer Court is operated by "Damer & Fortrick Charity", via the wholly owned charitable subsidiary "Damer & Fortrick Residential Services Limited", under a Protestant ethos.
