History
Damer Court is located on Wellington Street Upper in Dublin 7, D07 KX4E since 1975.
Damer Court was originally founded in 1719 by Joseph Damer, a benefactor and was located at 27 Parnell Street. Damer Court also incorporates Fortick's Charity House, which was established in 1755 on Little Denmark Street by Tristram Fortick, also a philanthropist. The combined charitable entity "Damer and Fortrick Charity" now continues to operate Damer Court under Protestant ethos, through its operating company: "Damer & Fortrick Residential Services Limited". |
